This program fosters team play and team spirit. We help teams to build trust and powerfully to improve understanding and communication between team members.

This program is designed for:

A team of 4 to12 people that has been working together for some time, pursuing the same goals and interacting on a regular basis.

Duration & format:
Phase 1: Half-day workshop. Team assessment debrief & establishing agreement on ideal future working dynamics.
Phase 2: Two-day workshop. Intensive team dynamics transformation workshop based on the “5 Behaviors of a High-Performing Team” model.
Phase 3: Two-hour team coaching sessions to embed sustainable behavioral change within the team. One session per month over 5 months.
